☀Sunlit Sunday: Season 2, Week #5

Hello from sunny Arizona, everyone! My little net book isn't letting me edit photos this evening, so here are a few straight out of the camera. These three were taken at the beautiful Boyce Thompson Arboretum.

My first few days in this gorgeous state may have been cloudy and rainy, but all of that has changed. Sunny Arizona has a rugged beauty and I am having a wonderful time experiencing it!

  2. Hello Karen
Glad you're getting hot and sunny weather; try to bring some home with you! An arboretum in Arizona, how different and interesting, and look at that giant cactus!
    Enjoy your stay.

  4. Hi Karen! I'm glad the weather is finally cooperating and you are enjoying your time in Arizona. Everything is so different from here. Someday I would like to visit there.
I'm not joining up this week. I've been busy getting my mom settled in her apartment. I finally got to take her out of the nursing home!

  9. Good Morning Karen, What beautiful photos you have taken, it is so lovely to see blue skies again. I have a confession to make, I did not create a post about sunshine, as quite frankly we have not had any.....but, when I was making some marmalade, the sun burst through the clouds and the sun's rays streamed through my window, whilst taking the photo...I immediately knew which party I wanted to join to share my "ray of sunshine". I hope that is alright.
Enjoy your holiday in Arizona, it looks like an interesting place.
    Best Wishes

  18. Hello Karen -- We just got back from sunny San Diego and experienced the same kind of weather you write about here. It got warmer every day and I hated to leave to come back to the grey cold. But spring will come! Enjoy the sunshine! Soak it up!
